Ashley Farrar, Level 2 Certified Essentrics Trainer will lead you through a dynamic, full-body workout that simultaneously lengthens and strengthens all 650 muscles.
Bring a yoga mat (or a beach towel in lieu of a yoga mat), and a friend, and #justmove for our community.
