How does a new Quarter Auction Work!

Your $5.00 donation gets you entrance to the event to join the fun. You will need to purchase numbered tickets for bidding. 20 tickets are $5 equalling $.25 each

There are 4 rounds to the Auction. 10- 12 vendors will auction off an item each round. The value of the item will determine the amount you will be bidding.

$10-$20.00 is a 1 Ticket bid
$20-$30.00 is a 2 Ticket Bid
$30-$40.00 is a 3 Ticket Bid
$40.00 or more is a 4 Ticket Bid (no bids are higher than 4 tickets.)

The 3 round is the CHARITY ROUND and all items will be a 3-4 ticket bid.

When bidding, if you want to bid more than once to increase your chance of winning, then your bid amount is for each bid eg. if you want to bid 3 times, and the bid amount for an item is 2 tickets then you must bid 2 tickets per bid so that would be 6 tickets. You don’t have to bid if you don’t want the prize

For bidding there is a bin on each table to place your tickets, you will have a few moments to decide if you are going to bid--runners will collect the tickets for each round/item. When all bids are closed and tickets collected then the vendor will pull a ticket out of the bucket and if your ticket is drawn - you win that item.

There is a 10-15 min intermission between the 2 & 3rd round.

There will be a 50/50 draw that is drawn just before the 3rd round starts.
Treat or candy boards winners will be determined at this time as well.

This is a great night out with lots of laughs and a chance to win some fabulous items from our Vendors.
Also a great way to see what local direct sale vendors have available. They would be happy to help you find a gift or item needed for your home!!!
