Cops to Crack Down on Drinking at Ball Games

Beer and baseball may seem to go hand-in-hand, but not at public parks as far as Woodstock Police are concerned. Police are warning local baseball teams consuming alcohol after a game in an open, brazen manner will only catch you a fine. They say there have been complaints about tailgating teams in the city, and police will be patrolling near local ball diamonds. The fine for drinking in public is $125.
