KITCHENER -- The Pigeon King is staying in his "cage."

Arlan Galbraith who was convicted of fraud charges and sentenced to seven years in prison back in March, withdrew his attempt to appeal earlier this week meaning the Pigeon King will remain in jail.

Galbraith's Pigeon King International went bankrupt in 2008, losing millions of dollars for those who invested in what was portrayed by prosecutors as a Ponzi scheme.

He was convicted of criminal fraud and two Bankruptcy Act offences.
