No Inquest for Hampstead Crash

There's not going to be an inquest into last year's horrific crash in Hampstead that killed 10 migrant workers and a truck driver. The chief coroner's office says the deaths were determined to be the result of driver error and holding an inquest wouldn't likely help prevent similar deaths in the future. The crash happened nearly 1-year ago, when the driver of a van carrying poultry farm workers went through a stop sign and into the path of an oncoming truck. Of the 13 migrant workers in the van -- most of whom were from Peru -- only three survived.
