Southwestern Public Health Confirms 9 New Cases of COVID-19 This Morning

SWPH also reporting 17 resolved cases today and the active case count has dropped to 112 as the Province gets set to announce stay at home measures this afternoon.

OXFORD/ST.THOMAS/ELGIN - Southwestern Public Health confirmed 9 new cases of COVID-19 today and 17 resolved cases. 

This means our active case count has dropped to 112 and you can find the complete break down below;

Woodstock - 39

Tillsonburg - 11

Ingersoll - 8

East Zorra-Tavistock - 3

South-West Oxford - 3

Zorra Township - 3

Norwich Township - 2

Blandford-Blenheim - 1

St. Thomas - 24

Aylmer - 11

Malahide - 2

Dutton-Dunwich - 2

West Elign - 1

Bayham - 1

Southwold - 1 

Five people are currently being treated for the virus at the hospital, with two of those patients in the ICU.

Southwestern Public Health have now administered at least one dose of vaccine to 13,697 people or 8.4% of the population.
