Today is Blue Monday

Blue Monday might feel worse this year while we deal with a pandemic, lockdowns and parents trying to work from home and homeschooling.

The third Monday in January is known as Blue Monday and is often referred to as the most depressing day of the year. A lot of people suffer from what is known as the Winter Blues or Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and Blue Monday is often considered the most depressing day of the year.
