O.P.P. in Harrington

Please consider doing a story about this presentation next week. It’s not only that HACA, like your organization, is trying to keep the community informed and safe, but this program is unique because of the way we’re trying to accommodate the needs of young families.

Our organization is challenged to try and engage people of all ages in our activities, especially parents with young children who have so many competing demands that they must shuffle. That’s why HACA is partnering with Oxford County Library so that parents can hear what Constable Crawford has to say while their children are involved in the program at the Harrington Library which is in the same building.


Harrington & Area Community Association (HACA) is honoured to present OPP Constable, Randi Crawford, at Harrington Hall on Thursday, April 25th at 6:30 p.m. Constable Crawford will provide information about Property Crimes and Fraud and will respond to questions from the audience.

Everyone is welcome at this free event. It has been scheduled at 6:30 p.m. in an effort to accommodate families with young children. Also, a free program will be held in the library in the lower level of the hall to aid in this effort. Children aged 8 and older are invited to attend the program, while children aged 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult. We thank Oxford County Library for making this possible.

Constable Randi Crawford is the Community Safety / Media Relations Officer for the Ontario Provincial Police in Oxford County. Harrington & Area Community Association is a volunteer driven group dedicated to enriching our community which includes the northern part of Zorra Township.
