A 13-year-old young offender is facing charges for allegedly stealing beer from the beer store. Oxford OPP say around 4 o'clock on Sunday afternoon, police were called to the Concession St. beer store in Tillsonburg on a report of a theft of some beer. The attending officer got a description of a young male who had made off with a case. He was located a short distance away and was arrested. The 13-year-old boy faces a charge of theft under $5000. He'll appear in a Woodstock court at a later date to answer to the charge.
