The Province of Ontario has confirmed 401 new cases of the novel coronavirus this morning and they also confirmed another 16 deaths related to COVID-19, bringing the total to 53.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 401 new cases of the novel coronavirus this morning.
They also confirmed another 16 COVID-19 related deaths. According to the official numbers from the Province, 53 people have died from the virus, including two from Elgin County. We currently have 2,793 active cases of COVID-19 in Ontario. 831 cases have been resolved and another 2,052 are under investigation.
We currently have 716 people with the virus between the ages of 60-79 and another 186 people with COVID-19 are over the age of 80.
