Southwestern Public Health has confirmed another active case of COVID-19 in the City of Woodstock. This is the first new case reported in our region, in almost a week.
OXFORD/ST.THOMAS/ELGIN - Southwestern Public Health has confirmed another active case of COVID-19 in the City of Woodstock.
This is the first new case reported in our region, in almost a week. We currently have 8 active cases of COVID-19 in Oxford County and 4 in St. Thomas and Elgin.

- 3 cases in Tillsonburg
- 3 cases in Woodstock
- 1 case in Norwich Township
- 1 case in South West Oxford Township
To date, the Health Unit has tested 3,170 people for COVID-19. We have 63 cumulative confirmed cases, 47 cases have been resolved, 4 people have died from the virus and we currently have 12 active cases. We have also had two institutional outbreaks since the pandemic was declared, both in Elgin County.
