President of the Woodstock-Ingersoll and District Real Estate Board says March was another record breaking month.
“More homes traded hands in March 2017 than in any other month in the history of the Woodstock-Ingersoll and District Real Estate Board. “New listings will be critical in the months ahead if sales are to maintain this kind of pace. Active supply is trending at an all-time low. At the end of March the board only had 187 active residential listings which is down 35.3% from levels at the end of March of 2016.
