There was further cross examination of Terri-Lynne McClintic by Defense Lawyer Dirk Derstine during the first-half of today's Day 11 of the Tori Stafford murder trial. Derstine used Facebook to portray McClintic as an evil person by illustrating McCLintic?s Facebook images on her wall that were computer generated. Derstine also brought up McClintic?s fairly extensive criminal record that dated back to time spent in and out of custody through the Youth Justice System in May 2006. Throughout McClintic?s record depicted her assault charges in Brace Bridge, North Bay and Sudbury where she spent time living in those communities. Her sentences ranged from probation orders to up to 3-months in youth detention. In one graphic image showed to the courts was a picture of her mother Carole ? where McClintic was charged and convicted of assaulting her Mother by punching her in the face causing extensive bruising under her left eye and a fractured cheek bone. Derstine also spoke of how McClintic used drugs since she was 8-years of age, but perhaps the most compelling cross examination was a video of April 12th, 2009 where she blatantly lied to a Police Officer after the Officer and McClintic viewed the same footage of Oliver Stephen?s P.S. where a woman in a white coat passed by the school on the fateful day. McClintic laughed and said there was "no way in hell" that was her. Derstine and McClintic agreed that McClintic had blocked out Tori?s murder completely during her interrogation and believed the total fabrication she providing April 12, 2009. Further cross examination begins at 2:20 this afternoon.
