Woodstock Police have updated their list of the top 10 most crash prone intersections. While many intersections moved up and down the list, on and off the list, there is one consistency: Norwich and Juliana. That intersection stayed on top of the list over the last 6-months. That intersection is a hot spot for crashes, according to police, because it's an area where vehicles just getting off the 401, are meeting a high commercial area. Police also blame the rate of crashes on drivers not paying good enough attention. There's been 164 collisions in the city so far this year. Here's the top 10 list from Woodstock Police: 1. Norwich Av. at Juliana Dr, 2. Hounsfield St. at Wilson St. 3. Devonshire Av. at Wellington St. 4. Dundas St. at Clarke St. 5. Peel St. at Wilson St. 6. Springbank Av. at Dundas St. 7.
