OPP believe there may be more victims as they investigate a peeping tom incident at Target Zone Health and Fitness.
INGERSOLL - Oxford OPP are continuing their investigation into a peeping tom incident at an Ingersoll gym.
Officers started their investigation at Target Zone Health and Fitness on Thames Street South on Thursday May 17th.
48 year old Walter Jason Peat of Zorra Township was charged with voyeurism as a result. A man named Jason Peat is listed as the facility manager on the gym's website, but Constable Ed Sanchuk is not confirming if they are the same person.
"We won't confirm an individual's employment; however I can tell you if anyone has had any dealings with Walter Jason Peat or if they have any concerns they are being urged to contact the Oxford County Crime Unit at the 1-888-310-1122 phone number."
Sanchuk says there may be more victims out there.
"The investigating officers feel there may be potentially other victims in the community and outside of the community. If anyone has any information or has any concerns they are being urged to contact the Oxford County OPP Crime Unit."
Walter Jason Peat was released and will appear in Woodstock court at a later date.
