WOODSTOCK - The City of Woodstock has created a new contest for people of all ages, that encourages civic engagement and creativity.
"Photograph Woodstock" invites residents, young and old to explore our community and take photographs that best represent Woodstock to them.
Each month will have a different theme:
• June: June is Recreation Month – how do you celebrate recreation in your community?
• July: Canada Day – how do you celebrate Canada in your community?
• August: Summer Buddies – who do you spend time with during the summer (pets& family)?
We invite participants to upload images to: www.cityofwoodstock.ca/photographwoodstock.
Photos will be reviewed and those that are deemed appropriate will be posted on the City of Woodstock Facebook Fan page.
The City of Woodstock is encouraging all residents to continue to be vigilant during the COVID-19 pandemic and to respect physical distancing guidelines as recommended by the City of Woodstock, Southwestern Public Health and Province of Ontario.
