"Just use your good common sense." That's the advice Justice Kelly Gorman has given to the seven men and five women that make up the jury in the John Robinson murder trial. They have taken to the jury room to deliberate a verdict for Robinson. Justice Gorman told them that they have two decisions to make. They'll decide if Robinson is guilty or not to count one: 1st degree murder and count two: indignity to a human body. She said they should have no problem deciding on the second count. But gave them a "Decision Tree" to help with decisions on the first count. She told the jury they need to "make a decision without sympathy, prejudice, or fear." Heart FM News will have the verdict when it comes down.
