It's the day for the Santa Claus Parade all across the county. It kicks-off in Ingersoll at 11am. Ingersoll Mayor Ted Comiskey says their parade is the biggest in Oxford. "It is one of the largest parades in the area. I think we have something like 78 floats coming in this year. It's exciting, it's a lot of fun and an example of phenomenal community spirit and camaraderie," said Comiskey. Tillsonburg's parade starts at 2pm on Broadway. Tillsonburg Mayor John Lessif said it's a great way to get in the holiday spirit. "It's a fun day, it's great to see all of the kids out and families throughout the community watching the parade," said Lessif. Santa ends the day in Woodstock. Woodstock Mayor Pat Sobeski will be in that parade. "This year I'll be sharing a car with Mayor Craig Stough from our sister city in Sylvania. What I look forward to each year is the kids," said Sobeski. The Woodstock parade travels along Dundas at 6pm. Look for the Heart FM float in all three of these parades!
