We currently have 8 active cases of COVID-19 in the region, all of them are in St. Thomas and Elgin County. The recovery today was in Woodstock, meaning we do not have have any active cases in Oxford County.
To date, the Health Unit has tested 14,046 people for COVID-19. We have 94 cumulative confirmed cases, 81 cases have been resolved, 5 people have died from the virus and we currently have 8 active cases. We have also have had three institutional outbreaks since the pandemic was declared. All of the outbreaks are listed as resolved.
