They will vote at Queens Park tomorrow on whether or not to extend the State of Emergency in Ontario for another 28 days.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario is looking to extend the State of Emergency.
Premier Doug Ford stated today he wants to see the state of emergency extended for another 28 days. The current state of emergency was set to expire on June 2nd. They will vote on a motion to extend the State of Emergency at Queen's Park to June 30th on Tuesday.
The move does not come as a surprise as all emergency orders have already been extended to June 10th, which includes things like limiting social gatherings to a maximum of 5 people. You can find a complete list of all the emergency orders online here.
We have been under a State of Emergency in the Province of Ontario since March 17th.
