WOODSTOCK - One thing is for certain in this life, and that is the people of Woodstock sure do love SMILE Cookies.
The Tim Horton's locations in Woodstock teamed up this year with the Smile Cookie campaign. They raised a remarkable $65,176 thousand dollars during one week in September. All of that money will be given to two charities.
It will be split evenly between United Way Oxford and VON Oxford for their Sakura House.
The Smile cookie campaign ran from September 16th-22nd this year. The cookies cost a dollar each with all of the proceeds going to a charity of the store owners choice. The owners of the Tim's locations in Woodstock decided to team up, so they could give a significant donation to both United Way and Sakura House.
