We have been deemed an essential service under the new list (#20 maintenance) as of April 5th Preferably we will access and address your issue from outdoors. If we must enter your home we will take all precautions and ask that you please do the same. We care about or clients and the critters who might be stuck inside your house and want to help wherever it is safe to do so.

The clinic is completely closed to the public at this time. We remain open Monday - Friday from 9am - 2pm. We will no longer be open on Saturdays until further notice. We are still available for food / medication orders and patient emergencies. We are only processing payments over the phone, our machine will acccept Visa Debit or Credit cards - tap remains unavailable. Please park at the back door and call us at 519-425-2850 when you arrive, an employee will discuss next steps during that phone call for either pick ups or patient appointments. Please note that Woof Pet Wellness & all pet day cares as well as pet stores and Veterinarians are essential services. Woof Provides care for pets of owner who are in isolation and are not able to care properly for their pets. There are also pets of owners are still abroad. They are set up with no human contact drop off, payment on line and working with a skeleton staff to ensure physical distancing.
