    April 14 - Business After Five is postponed

  • Choralaires

    Unfortunately due to COVID 19, the Woodstock Choralaires have cancelled afternoon and evening performances that were scheduled for April 25, 2020.

  • Entertainment

    The Woodstock Dutch Theatre has postponed their play until a later date due to the Corona Virus.

    A Few Good Men and Kinky Boots, and our upcoming production of Billy Bishop Goes To War in Waterloo from Drayton Entertainment been postponed.
    The Stratford Festival has cancelled performances until May 2nd.

    K2K Productions' performance of Annie KIDS has been postponed. It was scheduled to run from April 2nd to 4th. A new date will be announced in a few weeks.

    Cineplex theatres has closed all locations until at least April 2nd.

  • Forest City Road Races

    The Forest City Road Races has decided to cancel their in-person race event scheduled for April 26, 2020, and instead offer a “virtual race” due to concerns related to Covid-19.

  • Gems & Java Posponed

    The event has been moved to October 30th & 31st. More details coming soon.

  • Hospitals Tillsonburg | Ingersoll

    AHI and TDMH announced today the suspension of all elective and non-essential services at both hospitals, including surgeries, out-patient and ambulatory clinics.

  • Hospital Restrictions (Woodstock)

    Inpatient Areas
    Visiting hours are now restricted from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
    At any given time, ONLY two (2) family members/caregivers are permitted to visit. These visitors must leave the hospital before another family member/caregiver is permitted to visit.
    Family members/caregivers under the age of 18 will NOT be permitted to visit in any inpatient area, except under special circumstances.
    Movement around the hospital is restricted. Family members/caregivers must remain in the patient’s room/environment when visiting.
    Special Circumstances: On a case-by-case basis, exceptions to the above policy will be made in situations such as palliative and critical conditions.

    Emergency Department
    ONLY one (1) family member/caregiver (over the age of 18) can accompany the patient

    Outpatient Services
    ONLY one (1) family member/caregiver (over the age of 18 years) can accompany the patient.
    In light of COVID-19 there could be potential cancellations and or rescheduling of your service. We advise patients to call ahead of their scheduled procedure/appointment to ensure there have been no changes.

    he LCBO is going to stay open during the current state of emergency in Ontario.

    They did issue an announcement today saying they will be reducing store hours across the Province.

    Starting on Thursday, March 19 all LCBO stores will operate from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. daily. This measure follows previous action taken to elevate store cleaning and sanitization protocols and increased prevention awareness amongst employees.

    The Spring 2020 session of Learning Unlimited (Oxford) has been terminated due to COVID-19.

  • Lions Club of Woodstock

    Bingo on Thursday evenings at the Lions Club of Woodstock has been cancelled until further notice.

    All GoodLife Fitness cubs and Fit4Less locations are closed across the country

    River Valley Golf and Tube has closed tube slibe operations for the season.

    The Woodstock Fitness and Racquet Club is closing until further notice.

    The Woodstock Curling Centre is closed for the remainder of the season.

  • Sports

    The Provincial Junior Hockey League 2019-20 season is suspended until further notice.

    The OMHA has suspended all hockey programs at all levels until further notice.

    Ontario soccer has suspended all sanctioned events and games until further notice.

    All Hockey Canada-sanctioned activities, including our national championships, until further notice.

    Community centres, arenas and pools are closed in every township across Oxford County.

  • Swimmettes

    All classes are canceled for the Swimmettes Club until further notice.

  • STICH Supper Club

    Due to the risks inherent in the spread of corona virus in Ontario, STICH Supper Club will be closed for the until further notice. The Board will reassess later to determine a date of reopening. It is with heavy hearts that our organization makes this decision, but with an abundance of caution and care for our guests and volunteers

  • Tillsonburg

    Tillsonburg Regional Airport terminal building is closed to the public. The closure includes suspending service in the café and restricting public access to the terminal building washrooms. Operations at the Flight School will be by appointment only. Air traffic in and out of the airport is unaffected at this time.

    The Tillsonburg Fire Hall is also closed to the public in an effort to protect the health of emergency dispatchers and first responders. Public education activities in the community have also been cancelled until further notice. Emergency response in the community is continuing with the use of appropriate protective measures and safety protocols.

    The Tillsonburg Community Centre, Annandale National Historic Site, Operations building, Station Arts Centre and Oxford County Library (Tillsonburg Branch) remain closed to the public until further notice. Public access to the Corporate Office and Customer Service Centre is by appointment only.

    Tillsonburg Chamber of Commerce Office closed until further notice.
