October Speaker Series: Superstitions

Join us for the October Speaker Series on Tuesday, October 14th at 7pm. Scott Gillies will speak on the spooky topic of superstition. Discover some of the common and quirky superstitions people observe in their daily lives – from good luck charms and health and safety tips, to forecasting the weather and other foreboding omens.
Following the presentation, guests are invited to participate in a Q&A session, share stories, and enjoy light refreshments provided by the Beachville District Historical Society.
Admission is free, and donations to support our ongoing programming are gratefully accepted. No registration is required; however, seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
