Woodstock Victoria Day Weekend

Ready to have an exciting Victoria Day vacation? Woodstock has you covered with a weekend jam packed with activities and event for the whole family!

We will be popping up around Victoria Day weekend as well, don't be afraid to stop by and say 'Hi' to our new summer events cruiser, Ireland!

Such as the World's Finest Shows Midway! Running from Thursday May 14th to Monday May 18th in southside park, you can enjoy a variety of amusement rides, games and foods!

You can see us in the 78th annual Victoria Day Parade on Monday May 18th at 10:00am, see floats from local businesses and organizations as well as a marching band, vintage cars, entertainers and more! Consider bringing a non-perishable food item as well, as volunteers will be collecting food donations along the parade route.

The parade route will start from the Woodstock Fairgrounds, down McKenzie Street, heading west on Dundas, turning left on Wellington Street South, then right on Henry Street while disbanding on Finkle Street.

After the parade you can also enjoy various events in the new Victoria Day Rewind day! Various events for all ages will be occuring across southside park until 2:00pm. Such as;

• Southgate Centre Cruise (9:00am-2:00pm) - No registration required to bring your classic car!
• Band Tattoo (12:00pm-12:30pm) - A classic marching band featuring Top Hat Marching Orchestra and Burlington Teen Tour Band
• The Ultimate Team Day! (12:00pm-12:45pm) (1:00pm-1:45pm) - Teams of 20 compete in retro themed games of teamwork!
• Knight School (12:00pm-1:00pm) (1:00pm-2:00pm) - Each 60 minute show features intense sword fights, volunteers joining ina sword fighting class!
• Bella Magic Show and Carnival Stilt Walkers (12:00pm)
• Lawn Games (12:00pm-2:00pm) 
• Beach Volleyball (12:00pm-1:00pm)(1:00pm-2:00pm) -  Come down to South Street and play in friendly games of volleyball regardless of age and ability
• Teddy Bear Picnic (12:00pm - 2:00pm) -Various games and activites provided for children and their special stuffed friend!
• Woodstock 125 Merch and Woodstock Coin Club (12:00pm-2:00pm) - Purchase limited addition merch and coins!
