It was determined that the individual entered a business in Waterford and engaged in an indecent act on two separate occasions.
NORFOLK - A 19-year-old has been charged with two counts of indecent act in a public place.
Wednesday night, Norfolk OPP investigated complaints of indecent acts at a business located on Old Highway 24, in Waterford.
It was determined that the individual entered the business between August 15 and 17 and engaged in an indecent act on two separate occasions.
The individual from Norfolk County was arrested yesterday, and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
