Three companies are voluntarily recalling all lots of an antipsychotic drug called quetiapine . Health Canada says the medication may have been contaminated with an antibiotic product during the manufacturing process in China. Quetiapine is used to treat adults who are bipolar or schizophrenic. Health Canada says it hasn`t received any reports of adverse reactions to the product, and notes the number of patients in question is small. The agency says the recall represents less than a-quarter of the quetiapine marketed in this country.
