A Field Guide to Rural Living will hit the stage at the Norwich United Church on Saturday, September 10th. All of the proceeds will be going to the Norwich & District Museum and Archives.
NORWICH - The Norwich & District Museum and Archives is hosting a comedy show to raise funds.
On Saturday, September 10th at 7:30 p.m. singers Dan Needles and Ian Bell will be presenting A Field Guide to Rural Living at Norwich United Church.
Curatorial administrator Matthew Lloyd says the show will be family-friendly but is geared towards an older audience.
"It's a comedy show about living in the country and moving to the country from the city, and what life is like out here."
Tickets are $30 each and the funds raised will go towards keeping the museum and archives open, along with restoring displays. The museum has been open for 52 years, but the pandemic aftermath has found it necessary to fundraise in new ways.
Tickets can be purchased directly from the museum at 519-863-3101 or norwichdhs@execulink.com. You can find more information online here.
