The OPP Child Exploitation Unit, Waterloo Regional Police Technological Crime Units, and the Stratford Police were all involved in the execution of the warrants at three different homes within the city of Stratford.
Officers seized computers with images of child sexual abuse and they are now awaiting forensic analysis.
47 Robert Herman Wissink and a 16 year old boy are facing charges of two counts of possession of child pornography and making child pornography available.
Wissink is scheduled to appear in court at the end of the month, and the teenager will answer to the charges in September.
