The 51-year-old CMV driver has been charged with careless driving causing death.
UPDATE 2 (August 19th @ 2:30 pm): Police have charged the CMV driver with careless driving causing death after a collision at the Intersection of Oxford Road 8 and the 16th Line.
The collision claimed the life of a 22-year-old from Maple on April 14th.

UPDATE 1 (April 15th @ 6:30am): Police say the driver of the car has been identified as a 22-year-old from Maple.
The injuries to the commercial vehicle driver have also been deemed minor and Oxford Road 8 has since reopened.

EZT - The Oxford OPP is investigating a fatal crash between a commercial vehicle and car.
Police say it happened at the intersection of Oxford Road 8 and 16th Line, east of Hickson, yesterday afternoon.
The driver of the car died in hospital and the driver of the commercial vehicle was also taken to hospital with undetermined injuries.
Oxford Road 8 remains closed between 15th Line and Oxford Road 5 for the investigation and no further details have been released at this time.
The driver of the sedan was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries and was later pronounced deceased. The driver of the CMV was also transported to hospital with undetermined injuries. (2 of 3) ^ag
