Environment Canada says the daytime high will be about 30 today, but it will feel closer to 40 with the humidity.
Make sure you drink lots of water and stay in a cool place whenever possible. If you're working outside today, make sure to take regularly scheduled breaks in a cool place as well.
We are in for cooler temperatures tomorrow.
