INGERSOLL - Volunteers are still needed for the Ingersoll Community Cleanup.
Everyone will be meeting at the Unifor Local 88 hall at 9:00 a.m. this Saturday
Kristy Van Kooten Bossence, a member of the Kiwanis Club of Ingersoll, says this is a joint effort between clubs and they're going to be cleaning up local parks, streams, and the Thames River.
"We are going to cover the entire town, with each one of our service clubs taking a quadrant."
Free gloves and garbage bags will be provided, with student volunteer opportunities available. There will also be a free barbeque for all of the volunteers afterward.
