Ontario's Ministry of Labour is investigating a workplace death after they say an employee's head was caught in a machine at a factory making caps for bottles and cans. A Ministry spokesman says the worker at the Massilly North America Inc. plant in Brantford , was killed around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. He says the staffer, whose age and gender have not been released, was found dead at the scene. Police say no one else was injured in the incident, which is being handled by the ministry and the coroner's office. Police say they are not conducting a criminal investigation into the employee's death. Massilly manufactures caps and closures for food containers and tins, and also sells capping machinery.
