A number of events are happening this week including an Open House at the Oxford Self Help Network in Woostock today from 12 - 4 pm and the Tillsonburg Service Provider Fair at the Livingston Centre from 11 am to 2 pm tomorrow.

"We just want people talking about mental health, talking about mental illness and we have used a band aid as a symbol this year and tearing the band aid off of mental health so that we are actually talking about it in the community."
