A 72 year old woman was charged with fail to yield after a crash just outside of St.Marys
PERTH SOUTH - One person suffered minor injuries after a crash just outside of St. Marys.
OPP were called to Perth Line 26 and Hwy 7 on Wednesday morning after getting word of a two vehicle crash. After investigating police determined a Chrysler minivan collided with a maintenance truck at the intersection. The truck did try to avoid the crash by veering towards the other lane and the vehicles made impact on the passenger side.
The 41 year old driver of the truck was not hurt and the 72 year old driver of the Minivan was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. She has been charged with fail to yield to traffic on a through highway.
