Moderna says Pfizer's COVID-19 shot infringes on patents Moderna filed between 2010 and 2016.
Moderna is suing Pfizer and its German partner BioNTech, accusing them of copying its technology to make their COVID-19 vaccine.
Both two-shot vaccines use m-R-N-A technology to help patients fight the coronavirus.
Moderna's C-E-O says it pioneered the technology before the pandemic and invested billions of dollars in creating it.
The company also says its rival's vaccine infringes on patents Moderna filed between 2010 and 2016.
