NORFOLK COUNTY - A 20 year-old Norfolk County man is facing impaired driving charges after he rolled his vehicle several times while travelling on Highway 24 East.
Norfolk County OPP along with Norfolk County Paramedic Services responded to the incident on Sunday at 6:06 am.
The driver lost control resulting in the vehicle rolling several times. The driver was transported to hospital by paramedics to be treated for minor injuries.
Police have charged Jorden Depoorter with the following offences:
Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration 80 plus
Novice driver - blood alcohol concentration above zero
He is scheduled to appear in a Simcoe courtroom at a later date.
