PERTH COUNTY - The Perth County OPP have released their traffic statistics for the Civic long weekend.
Speeding charges were the number one citation over the weekend, with 115 issued.
There were eight collisions investigated, with no serious injuries reported.
Only one out of the eight involved two vehicles, with no major injuries sustained.
There were only two distracted driving charges and 14 liquor license acts given.
The liquor license charges involve open alcohol in a vehicle and underage drinking.
Perth County OPP will continue to monitor the roadways over the summer.
They ask for your help by respecting the traffic laws and refraining from driving under the influence.
