The Brant OPP responded to a single-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle on Highway 53 close to Middletown Line last night.
UPDATE: Highway 53 was closed for approximately five hours while emergency crews and investigators were on scene and the deceased has been identified as 61-year-old Gordon Allan Rosebrugh of Brant County.

BRANT COUNTY - One person has died in a motorcycle crash on Highway 53, close to Middletown Line.
Constable Conrad Vitalis says the Brant OPP responded to the single-vehicle crash shortly before 8:30 p.m. yesterday alongside the Brant County Fire Department and Oxford County paramedics.
He says the identity of the victim has not been released, pending notification of next of kin.
Officers closed off the area of Highway 53 between Middletown Line and Lawrence Road for the investigation.
