You can safely dispose of your old prescription drugs in Paris this Saturday.
PARIS - The Brant OPP are hosting a prescription drug drop off day in Paris.
Everyone is invited to bring their old and unused prescription medication to 28 Mechanic Street this Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Prescription Drug Drop-off Day is a public safety initiative which encourages people to dispose of their old medication in a secure environmentally friendly manner. The drop off site will work as a drive through, so you won't even have to get out of your car.
"Recent studies indicate 24 percent of teens reported misusing prescription medications at least once within the previous year. Most of the teens took the medication from their family home."
