UPDATE 1: Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Oxford County
Issued at 6:20 pm, they say the storm is located from 10 kilometres north of Fathom Five National Marine Park to Port Albert to Mount Brydges to 55 kilometres southeast of Rondeau Provincial Park, moving northeast at 65 km/h.
Potential hazards are up to 90 km/h wind gusts, and heavy rain with local amounts up to 50 mm.
If you notice it nearby seek shelter immediately.

OXFORD COUNTY - Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Oxford County.
Issued at 12:43 pm, Environment Canada says conditions are favourable for thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail, and torrential rain.
The storm is expected to hit early this evening and take cover if in danger.
