The Sip and Sample Social will feature 39 vendors when it takes over the Oxford Auditorium on Tuesday March 19th.
WOODSTOCK - Tickets are now on sale for the tastiest event of the spring!
The Woodstock Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the Sip and Sample Social at the Oxford Auditorium on Tuesday March 19th this year from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
There will be 39 vendors this year, including Ironworks Kitchen, Brickhouse Brewpub, Whisk & Roll Bakery, and Pelee Island Winery.
General Manager Kim Whitehead says there will be a variety of different cuisines to try out.
"We have an Indian restaurant, a Vietnamese, Eastern European with the Bulkan, Hungarian because we did have Hungarian with Planet Paprikash last year, and then we have a Filipino restaurant coming."
Tickets cost $50 plus HST online here. There will also be a limited number of tickets available for $55 at the door. Whitehead says the cost of admission includes some sampling tokens to start with.
"You get 10 tokens so you get to choose whichever exhibitors you want to see. Each token is worth one sample, so there is no having to go to one booth and having to pay three tokens."
You will be able to purchase more tokens if you want to keep sampling from there. It will cost $5 for one token, $10 for three tokens, or $15 for six tokens.
Kim Whitehead stopped by the Heart FM studio to chat with Dan and Marcie on Thursday February 22nd. You can listen to the full interview below:
