Southwestern Public Health says one person has recovered from COVID-19 in Central Elgin.
OXFORD COUNTY - We still have four active cases of COVID-19 in Oxford County and they're all in Woodstock
But Southwestern Public Health says one person has recovered from the virus in Central Elgin which brings it's total number of cases down to five.
It's still reporting one active case for St. Thomas.
We have 491 new cases across Ontario including 137 in Toronto, 131 in Peel, 58 in Ottawa and 58 in York Region.
Health Minister Christine Elliott says the province also completed over 42,500 tests yesterday.
