The Oxford OPP have laid charges after catching a stunt driver in Tillsonburg over the weekend.
TILLSONBURG - A Tillsonburg resident is in trouble in their hometown.
Oxford OPP stopped a vehicle on Saturday around 11 a.m. after they began stunt driving with a police cruiser directly behind them. Officers stopped the vehicle on Broadway Street, and there were multiple pedestrians and other drivers in the area.
As a result, the 24-year-old has been charged with stunt driving and careless driving. They are also facing a 30-day licence suspension and a 2-week vehicle impoundment.
Oxford OPP is thanking the public who stopped to express their appreciation for taking careless drivers like this off the road.
