Only one person remains in the hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
BRANT - A 30-year-old resident of Norfolk County has been charged with Careless Driving.
On Monday August 8 around 2:00 p.m., Brant County OPP responded to a three-vehicle collision on Highway 24 near Burford-Delhi Townline Road in Brant County that sent four people to the hospital.
Three have since been released, but one individual has injuries that are said to be serious, but not life-threatening.
Highway 24 was closed for a short time while emergency services were on the scene.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date.
