A woman is facing serious injuries after a collision with a transport truck at a local grocery store.
WOODSTOCK - A woman from Woodstock is facing serious injuries after she collided with a transport truck at the Food Basics parking lot.
Police were called to the grocery story on Dundas Street on Tuesday afternoon. The transport truck was traveling through the parking lot when it came in contact with the 69 year old woman who was on foot. The truck's tire made contact with the woman which caused her to fall over.
She sustained serious injuries and was taken to the hospital. An OPP traffic Deconstructionist assisted with the investigation. No charges have been laid at this time.
