Wise Line Metal Sales Coming To Tillsonburg

Tillsonburg Town Council has approved a sale of land in the Van Norman Industrial Park to Wise Line Metal Sales.

TILSONBURG - Wise Line Metal Sales will be getting their own industrial building in Tillsonburg. Town council recently approved the sale of the property in the Van Norman Industrial Park, where the building will be located.

Wise Line is a custom manufacturer of metal siding, roofing, garages and steel products for agricultural and construction industries. They will also bring 20 new jobs to the area. Mayor Stephen Molnar believes this new company will really benefit the town.

"So ultimately this is a great partnership between Wise Line Metal Sales, the town of Tillsonburg and all the people in the region that will benefit from this investment".

The industrial building will be 30,000 square feet. Molnar says construction will begin in the next couple of months.

"They're looking to have their plans in place through the spring of 2016 with construction there after. I think the anticipation is that we'll be growing stronger together in this area of the community towards the latter part of this year".

In the end, Molnar believes Wise Line will feel very at home in Tillsonburg.

"Their vision, their values and what they bring to the marketplace are things that we feel very much represent what we are doing as a community as well".
