Game 1 vs Lindsay Wildcats Woodstock battled hard but ended up losing 57-49. Jacob Walda and Lex VanIperen led the Chill with 13pts each. Game 2 vs Stratford Revolution The chill took command right off the start, only allowing 1pt in the 3rd quarter. Final score 60-33 for Woodstock. A great Defensive game. Cam Tomlinson led his team with 10pts. All members scored in this game. Game 3 vs Ancaster Magic Chill were victorious winning 69-32. Navrose Labana led his team with 14pts. A bunch of Chill players scored 9pts and again all players made the scoresheet. Chill finished 2nd in their pool. Game 4 semis vs West Ferris Spartans Woodstock Chill were down by 16 at half and came out with some serious defensive intensity. They held their opponents to 4pts in the 3rd quarter and took a 1pt lead heading into the third quarter. Running out of gas the boys fell short, losing by a score of 79-75. A valiant effort and some great basketball was played. Navrose Labana led the team by scoring 23pts. Nick Rupoli had 13pts and 5 assists. Jacob Leger had 11pts and 4 steals. Lex VanIperen had 10pts and 7rebounds. Game 5-Bronze medal game vs BC Troyko After an exhausting semi the boys bounced back and took care of business. Final score 69-53 in favOur for the Chill. Again Navrose Labana led the team in scoring by dropping 16pts. Lex VanIperen and Nick Rupoli had 12pts each. Jordan Wilson had 10pts and 3 steals. Boston Pizza player of the tournament goes to Navrose Labana. Next up for the Chill is a tournament in Grand Rapids, Michigan May 10th weekend.
