The Campbell Amusements midway will open at the Woodstock Fairgrounds at 4:00 p.m. today and it will only cost $2 to go on the rides.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Fair weekend has arrived in the Friendly City.
The Campbell Amusements midway will officially open at 4:00 p.m. today. It's also toonie day, so it will only cost you $2 to go on the rides.
Fair Director Robin Newton-Smith says they also have lots of fun events planned at the Fairgrounds over the next few days including multiple animal shows, a lumberjack show, and the demo derby on Sunday.
"The only thing we're charging for is $5 for the demo derby. Everything else is free and the fair basically runs for four days and it's rain or shine."
There will also be a 50/50 draw to raise funds for their new building, replacing the previous one that burned down 2 years ago.
