We hit the streets to ask Woodstock residents what they think of Toronto putting forward a bid for the 2024 Olympics
WOODSTOCK - Many people will be keeping a close eye on Toronto over the next month and half to see if the city will put forward a bid to host the 2024 Summer Olympics.
Over 22 million Canadians watched the most successful Pan Am Games for Canada to date and many believe the province's capital is ready to welcome the world again in 9 years.
Heart FM hit the streets and asked the public what they thought of Toronto hosting the Olympics.
September 15th is the final date on when a city can place a bid for the games. Toronto's Mayor John Tory says he is fully focused on the Parapan Games and that end on August 15th right now
